Dent Dude Cincinnati -Paintless Dent Repair — Local services in Miami Township

I stopped by "Dent Dude" back in late October for an estimate to have a dime sized dent fixed on my car door. Upon entering the business I was greeted by the owners wife who was very friendly and upbeat. I was then introduced to the owner who was also very friendly and welcoming. After asking about costs the owner then pulled my car into the shop and I have me an estimate within minutes. I agreed that I would call back in early November to schedule an appointment. Being that the estimate was very low and was just a few dollars more than my insurance deductible made it that much more appealing since not only would I have a claim but it wouldn't go on a Car Fax report. So my appointment was scheduled and was told it would take about 30 minutes for repair. I arrived at the shop at my scheduled time and my car was immediately taken in to be repaired. As I sat in the waiting room piddling around on my phone, not even 30 minutes later my car was finished and ready to go. I was then escorted back to the front desk and asked to go out and check their work to ensure that I was satisfied. I stepped right outside the entrance where they'd parked my car and went to check the area where the dent had been and couldn't even pinpoint where it was. It was a good as new just like the day I drive it home from the dealership. I write quite a few reviews on businesses I've tried and Dent Dude has to be one of the most professional and for quality of work that I've experienced to date. Called and spoke to Tina regarding a ding on my car that was hit at Costco while parked and a couple more on the passenger side door, and was able to get a schedule the same day.

What’s awesome about it was when Daniel informed me of the cost and what was needed to be done and told me that he can do the repairs that moment and only had to wait for about 45 minutes.

Daniel did an excellent job with the dings which magically disappeared, as if no dings were ever present.

Unfortunately, the small dent on the edge of the driver’s rear quarter panel couldn’t be accessed due to how that section was designed as he explained earlier but still tried to fix and polish it. It’s still there but a bit unnoticeable now.

Daniel went above and beyond of what was expected!

FOLLOW UP: Aug. 11,2025

Had to go back to Dent Dude once again for some ding/dent repair on my hood that I got from a road debris on the highway.

Unfortunately, the dent on the hood was not fixed due to its location,but all other scratches and a small ding were done by Daniel after working on it for almost three hours.

He explained everything that was done to the car and to my surprise, informed me that since the main concern was not repaired, there was no charge for the job.

I did insist paying but he politely declined.

So this review is the best way I think I can pay them back, at least.

My 2017 Dodge Challenger was hit by a frisbee and caused a nice size dent on my front fender. I was SICK!!! The dent was glaring!! All I could think about was this beautiful car with now a dent and the cost of the repair. I did some research and learned about PDR Paintless Dent Repair. I decided to give it a try. So now who do I trust to do the job?? I researched that and the decision was easy. The Dent Dude of Cincinnati had so many reviews and great ones.
