Great furniture horrible customer service. I placed an order for a dining table with matching coffee table. Once I placed the order, they gave me an estimated 2 week delivery date. Once the delivery came I was letting the guy know where to put the dining table and where to put the coffee table. He then stated oh I guess they didn’t tell u the coffee table was on back order, ok no problem. Called the furniture store the following day no answer. After ringing the phone back to back for 10 minutes straight I got a text message from Nathalie asking what was I calling for. Business should not be handled via text message so I drive an hour and a half all the way back to Miami to speak with someone just for them to tell me the coffee table is on back order for two weeks. No problem. I waited a whole month still no updates, I had to text Nathalie phone back and tell her this is a shady business and I’m gonna report my credit card as fraud to get my money back. This lady called my phone and tried to start an argument with me and when she realized I’m not letting down she said she would refund my money. This whole process took 3 months. Read moreSo I bought furniture for myself in 2017, luckily the process wasn't too bad and the furniture was good. So my mom decided to buy furniture for herself last week. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. The sales lady Miriam was with a very "don't care attitude" to keep it PG. I work for a corporate Logistics company and I am the dispatcher, no one ever called to confirm nor verify address or provide a time frame for the delivery. When my mom called Miriam told her that the day wasn't over so why was she worried? She was very unprofessional. The drivers were rude and dirty and didn't even wear masks nor gloves nor booties when coming into our home. VERY unprofessional and I'm keeping it cute. They didn't even apologize and on top of that, didn't deliver a dresser and my mom had to go to the store to ASK for her dresser that she already paid for. Supposedly it comes this week. Overall, I don't recommend anyone to this store. So much for taking care or appreciating returning customers, now they lost one and I hope this helps someone else to BEWARE. Read more0- ranting * I definitely do not recommend buying sofas from them. I bought a set of recliner sofa and the cushioning is really bad quality. The bottom where the feet go up it was ripped within a week (it’s not something anyone touches shouldn’t be ripped). The sofas were make noise when you sit on them (just less than a month of having them). I reached out to them and they were giving me a run around every week they’d say they’d change the sofa. And wouldn’t show up after almost 3 months of calling them they finally picked up the sofa and brought the same one right back. They put staples on the bottom part where it was ripped and that was that. It’s ripped again of course, they never changed it like they said they were going to.
