Floralinea — Local services in Miami

UPDATE: His reply contains more lies.. My text exactly read: "Overall budget including delivery: $150. Theme: White flowers with blue accent ribbon (for a baby boy)" with no inspiration photo at all. Revising my review down to 1 star. Good luck with your business, Carlos.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Carlos and his team at Floralinea make really beautiful arrangements. I used them regularly (at least a dozen times) for many months for all kinds of occasions. In my most recent order, Carlos messed up the florals (sent a pink arrangement to an expectant mother of a boy) when I asked for a white and blue arrangement. Shouldn't have been a huge deal...

When I called to ask him to remake the arrangement, he berated me and told me he couldn't remake the flowers and on top of it, he couldn't work with my budget any longer (I had a $150 budget). He also brought up a friend of mine who I referred to him and said she had paid him so much money for a particular event, etc., and that "those are the budgets [he's] willing to work with." I thought this was very inappropriate. When I told my friend, she said that he lied and doubled her actual budget on the phone to me. I thought it was quite inappropriate as a business to somehow shame a customer by bringing up her friend's budget on a completely separate and unrelated event.

Either way, he did refund me for the arrangement he messed up. Maybe he was having a bad day, but in any case, I've decided to take my business elsewhere...

I hardly post reviews but in the case of Floralinea and Mr. Carlos Bello, this is more than deserving and the least I can do. I placed an order on Christmas Eve and within 5 minutes, the flowers I ordered were so beautiful, well made with colors and sophistication that I placed a second order upon my arrival! Not only were the flowers amazing (which my girlfriend loved by the way) but owner, Mr. Carlos Bello is one of the kindest, harder working gentlemen I’ve met! We held intelligent conversations while he simultaneously created my 2nd bouquet, sharing laughs and chit-chat!

Highly recommend this place for the product, ownership and customer service! You will not regret and neither will the person receiving...

I was in awe of the ambiance in this store. Every arrangement and the setting made me feel i was in a most beautiful garden. The sunlight adds weight to the place. Carlos, owner , is one of the most creative people i know, and his personal caring touch and strict attention to detail makes him an unique, out of this world entrepreneur. I found myself thinking who could i buy an arrangement for! There floral arrangements are for all sort if occasions for wide range of budgets. What a delightful addition...
