Buying the furniture from this company has been a nightmare. To avoid the delivery fee that is 5% of the total value of the purchase ($$$$), I hired another company and I went personally to pick up the order. One of the pieces was defective and the packing slip sent to the warehouse was incorrect. More than 45 minutes of waiting and no solution from the administration. I had to leave without completing the order. When I requested the refund for the pieces that I could not collect and that now, I do not want to buy from them due to all the inconveniences caused, the answer from Artefacto was that the company does not have another authorized signature than the owner, who is traveling and nobody knows when he will be back. The refund will be processed when owner gets town. Three weeks later and I am still waiting to get my money back and finish this transaction. What a shame that the customer service behind such beautiful designs is so terrible. I really just want to close this transaction and don't buy nothing from them anymore.
Comprar con esta compania ha sido una pesadilla. Para evitar el delivery fee que es el 5% del valor total de la compra, contrate a otra compania y fui personalmente a recoger la orden al warehouse . Una de las piezas estaba defectuosas y la orden enviada al warehouse incorrecta. Mas de 45 minutos de espera y ninguna solución de parte de la administración. Tuve que regresarme con la orden incompleta. Cuando solicite el retorno de dinero por las piezas que no pude recoger y que ahora no deseo comprar por todos los inconveniente causados la respuesta de Artefacto es que la compania no tiene otra firma autorizada que no sea el dueño que esta de viaje y no se sabe cuando regresa. El refund sera procesado cuando el regrese. Tres semanas después y aun no consigo recoger mi dinero y terminar los inconvenientes. Que pena que el customer service detrás de tan bonitos diseños sea tan terrible. La gestión de la vendedora por satisfacer la necesidad de su cliente muy pobre. Read moreI had a terrible experience at that store and im just putting this review for all the people that goes there be very careful when they leave the car at Vale. weeks ago, I was working for a show that was celebrate there, I park my car in the entrance of the store, hour later, someone came in and ask for the keys of everyone there to move the cars, no one gives me a valet ticket or nothing, later when I check my car it has a huge scratch in the right back door, when I talk with the host of the store and she calls the person in charge of valet, she told me not to worried about, because they have Security cameras and everything, information that after the valet person confirm with me, he try to avoid all responsibility about the people from the valet and he said that anyways he will check the cameras and he will give me call... a week later because nobody calls, I decided to call again and ask for the Mannager of the store, the person never toke my call, so I explained the person on the phone again the problem and I say that I was eating to see the the videos from the cameras, she said that specific day the cameras was not working so there is no videos that show my car there... no one gives me a real answer and worse the person in charge or Mannager wasn't enough correct to take my call and explain the situation. im agree with other reviews, how sad its that such a beautiful has such a bad...

I provided them with my building’s elevator measurements, yet they miscalculated, and the table didn’t fit. They replaced the tabletop with a smaller one, but failed to account for the fact that the original legs were not suitable for the new size. I spent nearly $10,000 on this table, and now the chairs don’t even fit between the legs because they either placed them too close together or used legs inappropriate for the new dimensions. It’s unacceptable — first, they should have verified if the table would fit before selling it to me. Second, when modifying the table, they should have ensured it would still function properly. After raising my concerns, they only offered 50% of the table’s value as store credit — even though the mistake was entirely theirs. Extremely unprofessional....
