Stayed here on a discounted trip so I can’t complain too much about the physical property although I will say that the place is in dire need of renovations throughout the property. The roads are not paved, inside of the houses are very dingy and not clean. Some of the bathrooms don’t even have soap… nasty. I also don’t know how people are enjoying the jacuzzi because it’s disgusting.

The main reason for the 1 star is during the tour that they give, a man named Will was so passive aggressive and made me feel so uncomfortable in front of my kids. He made comments about my bad parenting in front everyone because I refused to sign off on giving them 45k. Clearly a man who was raised properly… NOT! He literally kept pointing his fingers at me and was so visibly red in the face. Very rude, pretentious, misogynistic and Napoleon vibes. He’s a salesman from New Jersey so I expected this behavior but nonetheless, I feel really bad for the people that work with him. Everything was very nice, clean, and spacious. The interior of our condo, though recently updated was in need of some minor TLC...wall paper seams needed touch up of glue and some spots of the carpet throughout the condo needed snags repaired. The kitchen had enough bare necessity flatware that all meals could easily be prepared in the condo. The sprawling 200-acres of rolling wooded hills were well maintained with numerous pools and workout facilities throughout. Putt-putt, basketball, large picnic venues and daily activities we're also provided free of charge. There are plenty of other activities outside of the normal RCI condo realm such as: horseback riding, nature trails, zip lining and tree adventure activities. 100-foot waterfalls are in a near by park. Really disapointed with this place. I remember as a kid how fun it was, unfortunately it's gone down hill. We have a timeshare through them and we come every now and then for weekend getaways. Especially when they are free. Every time we come we have to switch rooms due to various reasons. Whether it's paint chipping, broken items or other smaller issues but this time was the worst....we checked in and I got in bed and was bitten by a bed bug! I called them and they immediately moved us but there was no follow-up no one to help us move our stuff in the rain at midnight. This was their fault. I was bitten.
