I reported a partial power outage just to inform them. It’s “bombcycloning” outside at the moment so I expected it. What I didn’t expect is an immediate phone call letting me know I was the only one, it must be my house service. They sent a crew out immediately and fixed it. I thanked them and apologized for making them have to come out and they were beyond pleasant and happy to help. In other matters I’ve lived here for almost two years now.    Read moreOur power went out and we received a call minutes later from Middleboro G&E asking if we had power. Their system was showing only a few houses in our area without power (with no storms today) so they were calling to confirm before dispatching a crew. Power was restored less than a half hour later, and they even called again to make sure our power was back on. Apparently a pesky squirrel caused the outage. Talk about awesome customer service. We are so grateful to have municipal electric instead of one of the giant electric companies...
