Dollar General — Local services in Middlesex

First time and maybe last,- at least bringing my toddler with me! Total safety hazard! And not just for kids! Posted some pics of what inside looked like, boxes,lifts, metal cages that hold trash bags-all over.. especially towards the back, where I needed to buy my items. I couldn’t fit a cart in, looked like DG hoarding! Got their app, after seeing some deals someone else was telling me about with their DG digital coupons. I liked the savings but this location is not worth it. My 4 yr old daughter was grabbing things off shelves left and right, got too close to a bottle of detergent the cap came loose and tiny spill on the floor- told the one cashier that was also stocking shelves when she didn’t have a customer and she replies “well did she put the cap back on?” ....!!?! I went to this store and they couldn’t print receipts in any of the two registers. I don't understand how organizations like this don't have a plan B in cases like these for the customers. Aside from asking the employee if i could come back for a copy of the receipt he told me he didn't know and then I asked if he could send it digitally and told me he didn't know (?) Who do we trust our business? Where is the General Manager? Where is the District/Regional Manager?

This is a healthy suggestion to improve these situations.

PS: This same employee should NOT talk to his girlfriend while on duty that way he’s not going to be mad when the customers start asking...

Rude!!! Absolutely rude!!! When I went into the store I saw a employee and a guy shouting at each other for something. I bought a lot of drinks cause my family and the friends family are coming so I need to buy a lot of drinks. While getting the drinks the employee I said earlier said I grabbed too much so I put two of the drinks back and there was still some drinks left at the shelves. When I checked out and was ready to pay she said I still grabbed too much! Like literally I’m letting you to earn more money by buying a lot of things! Plus it didn’t say it has a limit of how much you can buy! I would rate it a zero stars...
