This is posted for the owner to read. I have been a customer for several years but you just lost me as a customer due to your employee customer service matters. On 11/18 at approx. 4:20 pm I entered your store to purchase a chicken cutlets and cheese sandwich. There was another customer he was waiting on,so I went to look at what bread you had. There were about 6 to 8 rolls there but your employee said there is no bread. I responded is see there is bread there. In a nasty tone he responded I said there is no bread. Been going here for lunch for the past several years, only a short drive away from Rutgers, and well worth the trip. I have tried many of their products from their sandwiches/paninis to their prepared foods such as rice balls or balsamic chicken, as well as their pastries such as the cannolis and cookies there. Everything is delicious. They also sell a variety of packaged Italian products and treats which are all high quality. I ordered a sandwich with three simple ingredients: breaded chicken breast, broccoli Rabe and mozzarella and requested that it be warmed up. I get to my destination, my sandwich is still nice and warm but there is a thick layer of "aioli." I use "" because it should have been an aioli but it had no garlic flavor at all.
