Pizza Center — Restaurant in Middlesex

I don’t usually leave reviews for the pizza places I order off any of the delivery apps, mostly because I am just searching the local area for the best particular kind of pizza, general it’s Buffalo chicken.

So for tonight’s pizza night, I picked this place. The Parma Pizza caught my eye though because it had prosciutto on it and I love prosciutto. So I decided instead of getting my usual Buffalo Chicken, I’ll try this pizza.

This pizza was so underwhelming and nearly flavorless if it wasn’t for the hint of garlic and raw tomatoes. The ratios of the ingredients seemed off as it was mostly a dough and tomato sandwich. Maybe I should have stuck with my go-to pizza. Unfortunately, we ended up throwing out the other slices when usually I’ll food save a few slices.

While I’m sure their other pizzas may be lovely, based on reviews, and that maybe this was just an off pizza, this pizza was not a good experience and I will probably not order...

I ordered the Thursday night Chicken special chicken parmesan with linguine garlic twists and side salad I chose a caesar salad it was totally inedible due to the half a gallon of dressing put on it it's supposed to be dressed not drowned in salad dressing the garlic twists I'm not sure why they call them that I could not taste any garlic very dry and Bland usually these things are brushed with olive oil and Italian herbs in addition to the garlic although the chicken was tender the codeine could have used more seasoning or any seasoning and the pasta was cooked al dente the sauce was very very underwhelming seem to be a can of diced or crushed tomatoes was open and thrown on the pasta no flavor at all might be a while before I go back if they can get a better...

Great hidden gem. We ordered from here yesterday and the food was fantastic. It's not our first time ordering from here either. We like to try different foods on the menu each time we order. Highly recommend trying many of the items on the lunch and dinner menu. I ordered Chicken Alfredo and my gf got the Chicken Marino Pasta. We both were blown away of how good the food is every time. What really got my attention on the chicken alfredo dish was how spot on the creaminess of the alfredo sauce was.The staff members are friendly and welcoming.
