I have five points of frustration and disappointment:

1. website order did not allow (or make it clear if it was possible to) send(ing) a greeting card or personal note with the basket to the recipient
2. I received no response when I put in an electronic request for help getting a card with my gift... And three weeks later I'm still waiting
3. I did not receive a delivery receipt or acknowledgement for the basket, so there was no way of knowing when or if the delivery was made
4. there is no way to see what was actually delivered (if anything was at all) to the recipient
5. when I finally reached out directly to the gift recipient, it was not clear to them who the gift...

This so called company only works when they feel like it. They do not respond customer inquiries. They charge $20 to expedite shipping but then sit on the order for 8 days prior to putting it in a box. If you don't care when your purchase arrives and want to feel blown off when ya try to find out then this is the right place for you! I will NEVER give them another dime! Could care less how good or bad their product is. Only know that their business and customer service...

I ordered a gift basket on Tuesday, they assured me my gift basket would be delivered by Friday but when I called the following Monday, it hadn't even been shipped. Sue assured me it would be there by end of business Tuesday but the "tracking number" they gave me says a shipping label has been created. NOT EVEN SHIPPED YET! UPDATE: They did deliver, a week late but eventually it got delivered. Bottom line: be prepared for your gift to arrive later...
