Culver’s — Restaurant in Middleton

I'm just going to start adding every experience since nothing's changing.. Sucks as this place use to be 5 stars and for being a Culver's in Middleton, I would expect a lot more.

Feb 2025 - 4 ⭐ Getting back on track 💪 I'm not sure if a new manager has taken over or what..? But I'm glad it's starting to feel more like the original Middleton Culvers. Bravo 👏 👏 last 6 months, no drive thru mistakes.

5 Feb 23 ⭐ I skipped the last 7 visits. But only 1 order was right in all of 2022. To the review.. You can't make this up. We ordered 2 baskets and 3 kids meals. Now, we look at our meals prior to leaving the drive thru. Looking the food over, both baskets were wrong. My wife actually called from the line and said we were not leaving until this was right. The manager brought 2 new burgers out and he said they were looked over. Guess what. They were both wrong again!!! Corporate needs to get involved with this place.

6 Nov 2021 ⭐ 3 kids meals, 0 chocolate milks.. Can't make this up. I am still waiting for multiple vouchers from other visits. I am not banking on this one arriving either. BRING BACK THE MANAGER BOOK.

22 Aug 2021 ⭐ ordered 3 ice cream dishes. 2 chocolate with hot fudge and 1 flavor of the day. Recieved 1 chocolate with fudge and 2 flavor of the days.

Aug 2021 ⭐Your parking and drive thru is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. Telling people to turn left and park while driving into on coming traffic has to stop. Your 1 star today is because of the finger I received following your uncreative drive thru. Side note. Your kitchen needs to STILL learn what fried onions are and they also need to to figure out how to make the orders correct. Lastly.. does anyone check the portions of food before they are bagged? Salad is not cheap. I would like a full salad next time. Sorry. 1 more thing. Bring back the customer concern book and give us the meals we were told...

This is my community Culvers I go to. I just love it. Love it love it.! It does get busy there during the dinner hours so just to let you know lots of families go there people like me after work. I like to go there and I like to eat inside if I have the time because it’s very pleasant and in the summertime it’s absolutely beautiful and peaceful to sit outside on their wonderful patio with trees and flowers everywhere.

I do like to request my french fries to be crispy. Other than that I love everything on their menu and their cheese sauce is so good that I usually order two and take one home for later. .

There is handicap parking easy access for a handicap person to come inside and to sit inside to eat there’s restrooms very handy.

And their butter burgers are so good. I also love their cod, dinner and their fish sandwich and I love their chili and of course flavor of the day. My favorite is the raspberry cheesecake enjoy. It’s fun and it’s not outrageously expensive either they take care of their customers there.

And Wil .. he’s the manager there and he does such an excellent job in all of the staff there they’re so friendly and so professional and always keep the place very clean and will help you with anything.

we decided to go to this culvers today after school because we had missed our bus unfortunately due to class. when we went, we got settled in and were about to get up to order food. just before we did, a very rude and unkind worker came up to us and started badgering us with the most horrible attitude and a raised voice. apparently there was a policy that we were not aware of as to which minors must be accompanied by adults older than 21! this was a mistake on our part due to the fact we didn't know this policy existed and we were very apologetic but this worker was RUDE. i cannot emphasize that enough. culvers is usually a safe place, but i felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed. he ended up kicking us out in front of everybody into the cold and it was snowing, and let me remind you we didnt have any source of getting home. therefore, we had to stand outside in the cold for half an hour waiting for a ride. a message for any worker who reads this, please be nice to customers and if they unknowingly do not follow a regulation you may have, do not treat them badly. i was already having a bad day and this just completely ruined it. i wont be coming back to...
