Goodwill Store & Donation Center — Local services in Middletown Township

I am very unhappy with this location of Goodwill. I run a program for adults with disabilities and today we visited this location to have our individual’s shop. Mind you, all ten individuals were paying customers. During this outing, one of our individuals, who has down syndrome, had an accident. One of my staff members asked if she could utilize the bathroom to help change her during this emergency. The employee of Goodwill, had to ask the manager. When the Goodwill MANAGER, Denise, addressed my staff member, she turned her down and told her she had to go somewhere else. The anger I have knowing that this company and location would do this, even after employing adults with disabilities is just plain disgusting. We have been sending a trip there everyday this week of about ten individuals a day to shop. For the rest of the week, we will no longer be supporting...

Large issue with goodwill in general, but specifically this location. The amount of resellers that now storm the isles is ridiculous, some of them quite literally will shove you over and run when new product gets released from the back. That’s the least of the issues with them, they have driven prices up at goodwill so incredibly high in which this location now has raised their prices almost 200% from just LAST YEAR. The younger gentlemen employees at this location also FAVOR the resellers ! Multiple times have things come from the back and directly walked over to the resellers to which the employe asks them if they’d like it before it goes into the display case. Sad to see this community go down this trending fad of reselling. The older ladies here are the absolute best no hate to them what so ever it’s just the younger gentlemen who favor resellers,...

I go quite often. Usually a hit or miss sometimes I find things sometimes i don't Being going since the grand opening I go for Cds . Records, Levi Jeans old school record players etc I went again this Saturday on 25 of May. i was done shopping and headed to the checkout counter so get rang up. I pay, the cash drawer locks so I'm waiting for my change.So I get change ,it took a few minutes Holly and Heidi handle the matter Very Professionally and in a friendly way and the rest of the Staff Roger, Oscar , Shaun and other associates also friendly and knowledgable to customers about items in the store. and the displays in front of store very Professionally done and...
