I was leaving for Europe the other day and on a whim reached out to her and asked if she had an opening for a full set. She accomodated me before leaving for my trip. I had extensions for several years and during week 2 would always have itching, rubbing and red eyes because I was allergic to whatever glue was being used which eventually led to removal because I developed an eye infection. They always felt heavy and stiff.
Update to my original review…. Beware!! This woman is beyond uncompassionate, rude and unprofessional! Today would have been my 7th fill and my dog was rushed to the ER after falling down my stairs. He went into shock, tongue turned blue and was gasping for air. We received the devastating news that he could not stand, sit up or walk and as I write this, he is still at the ER in an oxygen chamber. I apologized several times when I realized I missed the appointment and sent her MRI statements to show her I was still at the ER. Her response was cold, heartless and unprofessional, to say the very least. I am still in complete disbelief that I was treated with such rudeness and uncompassion not only once but twice during text exchanges at which point, merited a piece of my mind. This woman made several schedule changes last minute with my appointments and I was always kind enough to accommodate HER each and every time because she had no one to pick up her son or just got out of therapy session. She’s late on occasion and then gets offended at her clients when they are upset waiting in the parking lot for her and then speaks negatively about that person to other clients. She is devoid of feeling for others and constantly had complaints about her personal life, her clients and life in general. That was a major red flag! I most definitely got the impression she does not like what she does and won’t be doing it long, hence why she is trying to become a nurse….NOT A GOOD IDEA because your going to need lots of compassion in your new profession!!! If anyone would like to see the text msgs in its entirety, along with one where I was waiting for HER because she was late, pls text me. Lauren or Lola or whatever your real name is, GROW UP…. You aren’t THAT IMPORTANT that I needed to remember you while going through a...
Read moreI just had my first hydro facial with Lauren 4 days ago. This facial is out of this world! My skin looks so much cleaner and brighter and feels 20 years younger! The shop is relaxing and the service top-notch! I have already scheduled a follow-up facial in another 6 weeks.
I highly recommend both Lauren for all your skin care needs. At my first facial appointment she asked about my current skin care routine and even looked up the product ingredients I used, she goes above and beyond for her clients. When she seen the products I was using she immediately advised some changes because she felt I was over exfoliating my skin. Within 2 weeks I noticed such improvement in my skin. It was no longer dry and rough, it was becoming smooth and supple.
If you want an esthetician who is passionate about what she does and how she cares for her clients, then you need to book an appointment...
Read moreI recently had the chance to take Lauren’s (the owner of Beauty Addict) two day course for lash lift and tint and brow lamination and tint. She is a certified professional in every aspect. She is certified in the brand she uses to teach with and is extremely educated on the products, ingredients, and steps. I am so thankful I was able to be apart of her class in her own space. She made us feel so comfortable asking any questions from the book and performing the service. She is extremely professional, kind, and educated. If you’re looking to take these kinds of classes or looking for a professional to provide these services to you, Lauren is the one. She knows her stuff and puts out outstanding results. 11/10 for me! - super thankful very...
