This place was my pot of gold at the end of the rainbow after a bad experience with Rooms to Go in Hoover! From the moment I walked in, the salesman (I think his name was Chris) was very attentive and helpful! He showed us every piece of furniture in the store and he was very knowledgeable of the furniture he was trying to sell! They have some really good prices and a nice selection, I was looking for Beige and I found beige! I'll definitely probably return for my other furniture needs. The only reason for 4 stars is because I felt very pressured to lease the furniture instead of paying full price like I planned. Also, it wasn't made known that they don't do refunds/returns on the leased furniture so I got a rug in store and ended up not liking how it looked with the new furniture and was told I couldn't return or exchange it. So that was my only problem but next time I know to pay in full! I definitely recommend them though!
Edit** Forgot to mention that delivery was a separate charge and it was next day!! So i got my furniture the very next day after...

The owner David Thompson ( if that's the real name) refused to give me a refund on merchandise that was promised in 10 days and it has been 21 days and I still have not received the merchandise that I purchased and paid for in full. 1st they ordered the wrong color, waited another week. Open my " new" chairs a week later and 2 of them are damaged. His resolution was to send parts to a chair or take used chairs. You do the math? Poor customer service needs to change. The chaise and sofa are literally two DIFFERENT colors. The wardrobe was supposed the be delivered by May 30, itās July 1 and we still do not have it OR the correct colored couch! My husband spoke with them yesterday & they said it would be delivered this morning.... I called and was sent to a voicemail after waiting all morning for the delivery.
