Beyond horrible attitude from a manager that desperately needs to be trained on customer service and working with the public. She should also be reported for stealing from customers. I placed an order at the window via website due to being advised the inside is closed to 6 am. I waited outside approximately 25 to 30 minutes for my order that no one told me was ready. I walked into the entrance smiling at 6:15 am to check my order status that should have been ready by 5:54 am. As I entered, the manager looked straight at me without any type of acknowledgement. I stood at the counter where only one order was visibly ready. The workers ignored me and continued to talk betweenthemselves; I still did not receive any acknowledgement of my presence. After about 6/7 minutes, I asked if this could possibly be my order. The manager, mind you, walked over and slid the bag towards me while not speaking. At this point, I politely said I'd like to check this before I leave. Now this is where it goes beyond horrible, terrible customer service with the unpleasant attitude of the manager. My hashbrown order was missing a topping I paid extra for. I brought this to her attention and the response was, "Ma'am, we ran out of tomatoes." "No problem," I said, "will you be refunding me since you are out?" Her exact words were... "We can't refund orders placed online and it's only sixty-five cents." I brought it to her attention, although the amount is small, it's still an item I paid extra for, which I did not receive. The manager again told me it should not be a big deal over $0.65. I too reiterated that I was not getting a topping I paid for, and it should be refunded. By this time, she reached into the register and handed me exactly $0.65, while mumbling under her breath. Okay, yes, I received $0.65, but where's the tax that should have been reimbursed? I endured waiting 40-plus minutes or more total for an order that had 3 mushrooms, 7 tiny pieces of ham, and barely any onions, all while receiving an attitude for patronizing your establishment. The whole experience was entirely poor. I wish there was an option to rate this location as a negative zero. The manager's unfounded, awful attitude surpasses horrible. Read moreWent in a group of three at about 8AM on a very slow weekday. Got in and took out own seats. Meka, our waitress took our order and things seemed ok. We ended up waiting an hour before we got part of our orders. In this time we noticed multiple people get up and leave due to not being waited on. The gentlemen next to us sat and waited very patiently for almost an hour before getting up and leaving because no one bothered to take his order. After having to remind Meka multiple times that we were missing whole chunks of our orders (which upon being reminded we watched her go start after already waiting over an hour. ) Another thing to mention is that in this whole time, even after asking we never managed to get a single refill for our coffee. By the time we managed to get the rest of our food which was literally just a couple waffles and a side of bacon, everything was cold and we had been there for a total of 2 hours. All of the empty tables were dirty, and I took the few dishes off one table to sit down at a table, and it still took the server even longer to wait on my table. Then, she proceeded to clean other tables before even offering my table ANYTHING, SHE DIDN'T EVEN COME TO WIPE OFF THE TABLE THAT I HAD ALREADY GOTTEN THE DISHES OFF OF FOR HER!!!!! SHE DIDN'T EVEN SAY I'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU, OR NOTHING!!!! She cause at least came to table cleaned it and offered coffee or SOMETHING, INSTEAD OF IGNORING US.
