Way overpriced. I guess they are turning into a boutique. Please see the photos of the overpriced items. Kind of ridiculous that the thrifted items are $18 for a used hoodie. Employees are nice but the pricing employee has lost their mind. All of these three items had stains and/or holes. Your time is best spent at the other goodwills in the metro

This store looks like it'll be closed due to some construction in front but they are still open now this store isn't the best goodwill I've been to and gives me Ross store vibes but still a decent place to shop and very well organized

i LOVE this goodwill. it’s so good. i always find amazing things here. i used to go to the old location when it was just a few stores away from where it is now, and i loved it then too. when it first got moved, i was skeptical at first because i had noticed that i hadn’t been finding as good as things as i had when it was in the old location. but after a few weeks, it’s gotten better than ever!!! i literally cannot stop finding amazing things. today i found a discontinued bath and body works scent (pink chiffon) for only $2.99! it’s also insanely clean in there. it has an almost dollar tree type area near the front which is soooo cool. the old location did NOT have this!! it also has a super cool mural/painting thing behind the registers, and its so pretty. the employees are also really friendly! if they’re not friendly, they just don’t interact very much/do the average things a cashier would do. i’ve heard some bad things about this goodwill, but i’ve personally not had an awful experience here. the worst ive ever seen is it being super crowded on fridays-sundays. ive always had the best luck on mondays...

We went here about an hour and a 1/2 before clothes. They were already starting to try and push people out. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude. The prices have gotten ridiculously high. Have adventure to stay there literally the highest prices i've seen in a thrift store. I've noticed a large decrease in the amount of people that are visiting. I think that's due to not only the lack of customer service and ability to interact and engage with customers but also the extreme high prices. I'm also not sure what happened with the color tags that go on sale. Because you used to be able to find some of those Here and there. And it seems as of late that there's rarely any. I don't know if they started pulling the color tags that are on sale early or getting ready to dispose of them. I'm not sure of it is definitely a major difference. I will say that the store is typically very clean and...

I spent a lot of time gathering a lot of clothes to try on, only to find out there are no changing rooms! So I decided to buy most everything I found and then return what doesn't fit. And they assured me I can return whatever I want, a long as tag is still on, etc. But only when I suppressive asked, I was told I don't actually get a refund. Instead, it's a gift card that must be used there. And I don't live in the area and have no way of using a gift card. Additionally, all the racks were incredibly overcrowded and disorganized. Don't bother...
