Little Flyers Indoor Playground — Attraction in Midwest City

We came here, on Saturday evening. And had a few problems. The first one we were charged for an infant when we had two other children playing (the website says free with paid siblings. The second one, I child got a little tikes car up in the climbing structure and pushed it down the slide almost hitting my child. My child then tried to get in it and was pulled out violently by the other kid. The staff did not notice until the seen me trying to stop the situation. I watched them “sanitize” and they just spray lysol up in the air not really focusing on anything or watching to make sure children aren’t in the way. I watched both staff members go to the restroom at the same time leaving the front desk unattended and people waiting to get in for 5-7 mins

This could be an amazing place just needs a bit of work, and maybe better...

UPDATE: Owner called and was apologetic with what happened during our last visit. Our lady few visits have been so great and the staff have been so helpful and great. I believe there was one night where the staff was playing with my son when there were no other kids to play with. I am grateful they showed him a great time. My kids been wanting to go back often so I renewed my membership. This place is clean and very well maintained. I been to a lot of these indoor places across the country and I will say this is the most comfortable and versatile indoor playground. 👌 ❤️

This place is a great indoor place for my 5 and 7 year old, but one of the younger girls (blonde) in the front desk need to have an attitude adjustment. I have a membership there and I been coming here for almost a year. I might plan a party here in a few months, but if staff is not up to par with customer service I might have to find...

The last two times I had brought my grandaughter here it was 8.00 when she was 1 year old and then they charged me 11.00 two months ago so we came back today I brought 11.00 of cash only . They told me 13.00! I said last time it was 11.00 they just stood there and stared at me! Two young girls. I said well I guess I will have to leave then because all I have is 11.00 they said sorry. I decided to call my husband to come back all the way here to bring me 3.00 . I told them he would be here soon and they made my 20 month old and I wait inside the gated area for 12 minutes geezers! Instead of letting us inside ! The girls were whispering back and forth. I will never ever step foot back in this place again! They charge a clean up fee as well but the children's play area looked like tornado so they...
