I wanted to get my phone repaired so I searched around calling about prices! I called this place and Travis answered, he sounded like a great guy, listened, and sounded hubble. All the other places either didn't have a voicemail box set up or were very rude and full of themselves. So I stopped by because of how nice he was on the phone plus offered a cheaper price of two different options. I went in not expecting much. Travis looked at my phone, played around with it, and then showed why he was doing what he was to address the issues I mentioned. He explained everything with clear understandable detail. He had two customers come him and three phone calls and he greeted everyone, and made everyone feel important. He managed all of us at the same time very well. And turns out everyone that wanted to charge me $250-300 to fix my galaxy s5 screen, I just had one crackers in the corner that wasn't an issue. All the cracks I thought were on my screen were actually on my screen protector. He replaced and sold me an otter box for $25....I am definitely trusting these people!! :) I just can't say how much I feel well taken care of when I was an ignorant customer. And two of the customers that came in were repeat customers and they were happy and friendly. :)...
Read moreHad my wife's note 20 in for a screen repair, In less than 2 months it is having to have yet another screen installed. WSA used a refurbished LCD screen instead of a new LED screen, and put too small of a screw in the antenna. We got charged over $470 and got told we needed a software upgrade when we didn't. My wife's a traveling nurse and her phone is crucial. The refurbished screen shorted out and is being replaced by CPR. Do not give these guys your business. They apparently have shady practices and I will tell everyone I know(being a construction contractor that's a lot of people) to never use this company. Update, in response to your fabrication of our conversation, since you used the wrong products in her phone the diodes exploded, which was the pop she heard, now she is without her phone and is using an old phone. Both screens were in perfect shape, just the wrong ones. This is what happens to the customer who trusts you know what you are doing while YOU charge full price for inferior...
Read moreI realize customer satisfaction is a big part of business. So is it right to assume your customer just wanted to screw you over, or manipulate your sales representative to get a different phone? I think not. Also Just because when you test out my device that you sold me it doesn’t bug out on you doesn’t mean that I’m being dishonest. But coming to other terms, just because your “team” doesn’t think I’m being honest doesn’t mean you be dishonest in return and say my phone is bent. I talked to many of people after leaving your company and they all said the same thing: my device is not bent in any way possible. I appreciate the fact that your company has a policy of customer service. But saying and doing is two different things. I do not appreciate the customer service dealt and I will not be a customer in the future. I hope you can use this situation for an example of how not to treat a customer in the future. Thank you and have a...
