Beautiful by Teri Ann — Local services in Milaca

I got eyeliner done by Teri Ann last year, and it was a great experience. When I saw her last month things were different. She rushed our appointment to do the same color eyeliner and eyebrows. I asked her at the appointment why she was in a hurry and she said that I had been there for 2 hours and she had somewhere to be at noon. She spent 45 minutes letting my eyebrows numb and put numbing cream on my eyelashes while she did my eyebrows. She was a line off on where to start my eyebrows and she only touched up my eyeliner, as she didn't need to add any other color. My appointment should have taken longer, but I gave her a pass, and she still argued that she loves her clients and she would never rush them. I complained that I spent $1,000.00 on makeup that made me look worse than when I came in, and she refused to do my second appointment. She was unprofessional and childish during our interactions, and she had the Herbalife Nutrition business next door call me and say that Teri Ann can refuse services to anyone at any time, for any reason. I thought Beautiful by Teri Ann was it's own business, and it is only reasonable for a professional to finish up the work they started, especially if a customer is not happy. Teri Ann only cared that I hurt her feelings over a review that any consumer is allowed to give, to anyone who provides services to them, at any time. She really made me angry because nobody else wants to work on anybody else's original work. I would not recommend her to anybody I like. She is not the only one in the area who does permanent makeup, and I suggest people shop around before...

My sister and I went to, what we thought, was a professional in Alexandria and paid dearly for pigmented eyeliner. The process was terribly painful, I had a lot of down time and my result was awful. I can’t even begin to describe the pain I went through, only to have barely any of it actually stay in my skin. Teri heard about my horrific experience and saw the awful after pictures from a client and told her client to contact me and offer to fix it for me and my sister at a very reasonable cost. While meeting with Teri, we showed her what we were hoping for and she delivered!! The process was entirely painless and she was so delicate with every step and this took away any reservations I had about having this done again after what I had gone through the first time. Everything was done with care and she took extra time ensuring everything was disinfected (up to and including the pull string on her light!). Teri would let me see progress and ask throughout if there was anything she needed to add/make darker and she wouldn’t stop until it was perfect! After the procedure, there was absolutely no down time, no need to ice, sleep elevated, or miss work (like we did with the first go round). To say Teri gave me what I expected is an understatement. It turned out better than the picture we were mirroring! She offered different colors and nailed the smokey color I was desiring. Teri Ann is amazing!!! Totally perfect experience! She is kind, caring, down to earth, funny and made us feel very comfortable. Her place warm and inviting. She explained everything step by step and made sure she knew what we wanted. During the procedure she let us check to be sure we were getting the outcome we expected and welcomed any touch up or additions we wanted. The procedure itself was pretty much pain free, there was slight discomfort (not pain) in the areas of heavy thickness but that was expected.
