I went in here, without ever going in here or having much experience with jewelry in general, I was looking for a cheeper option for a friend, but didn't really know what to get, but the worker was very accommodating and nice, the necklace I wanted had a really thin golden chain and I was worried about it being easy to break (cause the friend I was buying it for is sorta clumsy😂) so I asked if we could swap out the thin golden chain for a silver chain and to change the color of what was holding the amulet and hook to silver, and he did it within two minutes and lowered the price for me, this place is amazing, I would...

My wedding band broke and unfortunately I brought it somewhere else first! They told me over $550.00 and wouldn't fix it on site, or they could solder it for $200.00 I didn't have the extra money so I chose the latter. Boy was I wrong!! It broke again less then a month later, expensive lesson learned! I then brought it in to Milaca jewelers and Ron took great care of my ring for much less than the other store and he did all of the work himself onsite it looks brand new!! I had a gold pocket watch to sell. They told me it was gold filled at best and couldn't give me more than $250. I was told afterwards by a few others just by my pictures it was real and worth at least $2000. I told the owner that it should be worth $1400. And asked for less but he only gave me $250.
