Pizza Central — Restaurant in Milaca

Ordered pizza got the wrong one, they refused to replace it, give me a refund or A credit!! called to get it replaced and they asked if I would be ok with a credit (it was after 730 and they close at 8) trying to be nice I agreed. They placed me on hold and came back and asked if 5 bucks was ok. Obviously I said no... they admitted to knowing they made it wrong and told me to call and talk to the manager the next day who would give me the correct credit. Said she had to approve it. I asked if I needed to save the pizza and even offered to bring it to them as we did not eat it. She told me yes and to bring in tomorrow. I called the next day to speak to the manager and she said she trains her staff and they made the right pizza I must have ordered it wrong.....? I know I didnt order it wrong. Also the last time i ordered i got a pizza and a soup. They forgot to bring the soup, the driver was very nice and went to get it right away. I didnt complain or call about that at all but they called to tell me I'd have a credit. Well because that happened last time the manager told me I had a "history" of complaining?? Even though it was the 1st time I called. I have litterally called them once to ask for the correct pizza didnt want anything free.... she refused to give me a replacement even though I had the pizza they made wrong to trade or a refund because they dont do that. They basically stole from me and accused me of trying to steal. Horrible customer service!!!! I see they have made mistakes before and blamed the customer from reading other reviews. I have made a report with the BBB so I encourage anyone else...

Ordered a large bacon cheese burger and large plain cheese pizza for delivery. Was told (ahead of time) 45 min to 1 hr For delivery. I appreciated that heads up. Was delivered at 45 minutes which was perfect. Bacon cheeseburger pizza had great flavor and loved the Claussen style pickle chunks on it vs. the usual dill slices other places use - a nice change. The kids liked the plain cheese pizza. I loved the thin crust which was nice and crispy on the edges. The center of the pizza dough was soft but not raw. Toppings on the bacon cheeseburger pizza could have been spread out a little better. Very friendly driver/delivery person. As stated in other reviews was a bit pricey, ($36 + tip for the two pizzas) however the quality was better than other local competing pizza places and convenience of delivery makes it worth it to our family. Will order again. Glad to have a pizza delivery in town! Added photos but forgot to take them before...

I just never get what I order ever when I order for delivery, but they don’t forget to charge. The quality of the food has gone downhill for a bit now and they do not keep their website updated. As of now it hasn’t been updated since April. It is 2 days away from September, that’s just a sign of how well things are going there I think. It’s super unfortunate because there not a lot to choose from around here and they once where a frequent choice for us. Now we all end up feeling sick the day after eating there. Wish things would get better or something that cares about making quality food would replace them. Pizza is my favorite food so I’d be super happy if someone just went in there and...
