The manager here was shockingly rude and unprofessional. They forgot to charge me for one of the four items I ordered, and instead of handling it reasonably, they actually called me 15 minutes into my drive demanding that I turn around and come back for their mistake. When I offered to pay immediately via Venmo or over the phone, they refused—and then threatened to call the police if I didn’t return. Absolutely unbelievable behavior. To treat a paying customer this way over an error on their end is beyond unacceptable. Truly one of the most outrageous and unprofessional customer service experiences...

Ordered coffee and a sandwich. They are higher priced than say a Kwik Trip, Mc Donald's, or even Starbucks but the food is made fresh while you wait. The coffee prices are in line with a Caribou or Starbucks. The food (Reuben Panini) was excellent. The coffee (coconut milk sugar free vanilla latte) was also very yummy. They are very friendly and fast. I haven't yet spent a lot of time inside. I usually order online and pick it up at the window. But they have a cozy set up and I'm thinking of spending an afternoon working...
