FireHouse Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Milaca

Sadly the food was less than what we had hoped for. My hubs and I ordered bacon cheese burger and I had the bacon cheeseburger Californian. Everything tasted as if it was just pulled from a freezer and tossed on the grill. My burger was way over done and very dry. Fries were just ok but they were tasteless. I make better fries at home. I understand that they took over from the previous owner and that the owner had very good burgers and fries. (Jiggers) Another minus but worth a mention is that right above the TV (we were in the main dining area) hoping to watch a game on TV. Different to do that because they have the can lighting pointed right at the view point. Shines directly in your eyes. I will say that the place is decorated nicely, it was clean and the help was very kind...

I don’t even know where to start… the people here are sooooo rude. The fry basket they consider an original basket with costs almost 9 dollars is extremely small… literally just a little handful. Mind you they give you options to get a small fry or original they extremely over price everything for very small amount of food. All the employees always seem like they are in a really bad mood. Barely smile or greet you at all. My husband gave them a tip even though we had a horrible experience and the lady asked “is that really it”… are you kidding me!?!?! I highly recommend not coming here I wanted to give them a shot again after they reopened and renamed their bar and grill fire house bar and grill…. I’ll never be coming here again as every time I go it’s bad...

Food was not that good. We both got burgers. They were both overdone. They didn’t ask how we wanted our burgers done. The fries and tots were very over cooked and burnt. The tots had nothing inside of them… just crispy on the outside. Nothing on the inside. The server was nice but he was rushing us. There is such thing as checking in too much. And that happened to be the case. Had to ask for refills when they were clearly empty. Atmosphere is nice. The food...
