I have never experienced such terrible customer service and been treated so rudely until now. After I wore an item from this boutique one time, it fell apart. There was a hole the size of my hand in the sleeve. I reached out to the business to see if they could help me get a replacement. I was told to bring it back to their store in Milan. After I explained that I live 5 hours away, she said she would check the next day to see if there was another. She messaged me two days later and said that they didn't have another. I asked if I could get a replacement item and was responded to me "How are we going to replace it without being out shipping charges?" With you being so far away its difficult. The hoodie could easily be sewn up. It's in the seam. I could do that in a matter if minutes but I can't get it." She then told me that she couldn't offer a refund either because it was a a "worn item". I simply wanted a replacement of non-defective item and was treated so rudely. They were being difficult in exchanging a dress for a different size…in which they conceded in exchanging the dress for a bigger dress. They told my wife that the didn’t have a bigger dress. Then she asked to try it on and they told her regardless of if it fits your stuck with that size because there was no receipt just tags.
They do not like children in the store. My child is a toddler but very well behaved. I can go in Home Depot and let him walk next to me without any product being destroyed. My wife said that our son was just touching the dresses and the manager was fussing at him the entire time in there.
My son had to use the restroom (which I understand no public restrooms) but my pregnant wife would have to walk across the street to the McDonald’s to use the restroom. Luckily my son is potty trained to pee outside.

The last time I was in the Boutique I bought around 200.00 of merchandise before I checked out I specifically asked about the return policy I was told I had 14 days with receipt . I had 2 pairs of slippers they knew that and did not tell me . I go in a few days later to exchange the item's I was told quickly no exchange sale was final. They treated me like they could careless about me as a customer . I have bought a lot of stuff from them in the past but no more will I do that . So beware of this business if you buy something you will probably be stuck with it. Poor customer service...
