Jackye is an absolute delight to work with! Her customer service is above standard and her attention to detail, impeccable. Our son is a Senior and needed a jacket very last minute. All other local retail stores were 8-10 weeks out (and we had heard horror stories of that taken even longer) Jackye was only 6-8 weeks. She placed a rush on it and bumped us to the front, along with all other Seniors, to our surprise, it was done in approximately 4 weeks! The quality of her jackets are beyond compare. They're so thick and warm with a nice quilted liner and genuine leather sleeves. Her custom embroidery work is top notch and beautifully done, leaving you with a one of a kind, personalized jacket. I can not recommend her enough and will continue to refer everyone here. We drove from Gig Harbor to Everett and it was more than worth it. She even offers shipment. We have had the pleasure of doing business with Jackye's Jackets for the past couple of years. We have purchased three of our grandchildren's letterman's jackets here, and we have still another one we would like to purchase as our youngest is just now entering high school. Not only are these jackets of the highest quality, but we also never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything we did not want. Jackye, herself, is very pleasant and is more than willing to explain all options. We have now had time to continue to add new accomplishments our grandchildren have reached, and again, this process of making an appointment, discussing and reaffirming what each grandchild wants, has worked very well. Jackye is amazing! From my first contact to our last interaction, Jackye went above and beyond. When I first contacted her for information and my scheduling questions, she responded quickly and with all of the answers I needed. She was able to work with our super busy schedule with a kid who plays school and select baseball. When we got there, I felt immediately like we were with an old friend! You can tell making these jackets is something she is very passionate about. It is obvious this is not about just doing a job for her. For Jackye it is about making something special for these kids that will last a lifetime and the part she gets to play in it for these kids!
