Four Seasons Nails Salon — Local services in Millbrae

I called in advance to see if they had time for just a gel color change because I was going to be in the area. They said they had time, but the person who did my nails was in a rush and she did a horrible job. She was rough on my hands even scratched my skin while using the nail file to remove the gel on my left thumb. She painted my cuticles and blamed me for not getting a manicure for cleaner application. I had a manicure 2 wks prior and my cuticles were in good shape. After she was done she used the nail file again and over filed the sides. I will never waste my time here in the future. Maybe be cheap but...

Booked an appointment through ClassPass and came in on the Friday before Memorial Day, so they were super busy. The gel manicure took about 1 hour 5 minutes because my nail tech had to get up a few times to tend to other clients. She was very nice and friendly. I thought she did a good job but didn’t look hard enough before I left. I was in a rush to pick up my daughter so I had to dash out. I’ve been getting my nails done for years. No one has ever done as good a job on my nails as Hellen at this salon did tonight.

I was at this salon for the first time tonight. I needed somewhere that could fit me in for a mani last minute at 7pm. I am super grateful they fit me in and I had low expectations. Anything would’ve been better than the very broken dip mani I had. I just wanted to look decent for a work event tomorrow. I didn’t expect the best looking mani of my life - but...
