Not really sure why Lou has such a good rating, there are too many negatives to list but here goes- He doesn't put prices on anything and if you want to buy something from him, he looks at his phone, pulls up EBAY, looks at what the item sold for, and charges you based on that. Things with a price tag already on them arent safe either!!! How are you going to have a price tag on something and then charge more for the item after looking it up on your phone, SHAME ON YOU LOU. I'm going to tell you all right now since he's playing this eBay game, if you buy from a person who does this then you are getting ripped off and taken for a sucker. You can and will actually get things on eBay for cheaper if you just watch and wait.
