First two compliments: owner was very nice and the flowers were fresh. We regularly buy flowers and wanted to try this shop since it's close and want to support local businesses. This is the second arrangement, and although the first one was pricey for what we got, this one was WAY, WAY overpriced, like double compared to what we've paid for at other places. There was no greenery within the flowers, or even a bow on the vase. I'm not sure if they arrange the flowers there or what, but the arrangement looked awkward (as if someone took a pre-styled bouquet of flowers and then stuck in a flower we'd requested all around it), and the arrangement was too small for the vase. Also, the one bouquet of flowers was ordered four days in advance, but wasn't ready at the pickup time we were given. We were told to come back an hour later, and they still weren't ready. They apologized, but didn't offer us anything for the inconvenience of having to come back, like a coupon/discount or extra flowers, etc. More than anything, we were shocked at what we got for the...

BEST Customer service I have ever received from a florist! I called right before closing last Saturday and was desperate trying to find just the right arrangement for a funeral that is today and over an hour away from this shop...I was very emotional and had a little melt down on the phone and Angie was very sweet, caring and helpful...she even agreed to drive the flowers an hour to the funeral home herself to make sure they made it in time this morning...I live out of state and was so worried the flowers wouldn’t get there in time but Angie handled it for me and promised me they’d get there and be beautiful! The arrangement for my cousins funeral was above and beyond BEAUTIFUL!!! The young lady who talked to me 3 times I called was absolutely AMAZING. I called for the Telefloral arrangement, BUT she did not do Telefloral BUT she took time out to look up the florist who was and she gave me their phone numbers.
