I saw Dr. Reynolds for a follow up after a visit to the emergency room. When she walked in to the patient room she did not wash her hands and she shook my hand. I didnāt think anything of this because maybe she possibly wash them before entering my room. She did not know why I was in visiting so I had to tell her I was there after a visit to the ER from a car accident. We talked about different treatment methods but then she asked me if I was religious. I did say yes as I am however she told me I need to pray on what was going on in my life. I am all for God however it is very unprofessional to bring that up in a doctors appointment. It just felt like a Conversation with a friend and not a doctors appointment. Then when all was said and done we exited the patient room together and she did not wash her hands and walked into another patient room. I think there is a lot lacking there as well as customer service and professionalism seemed nonexistent. The nursing staff was just fine however it did take me Two weeks to get in and I was supposed to follow up three days after my ER visit I even explain this when trying to make the appointment. Dr. Reynolds also explained to me that she was overwhelmed and working out of two different doctors offices and canāt wait until sheās done working in the Millstadt office. Just not sure if Iāll ever go back and Iāve been going there since I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreShe listened and addressed all of my concerns. She is very personable and a "real" person. I feel confident in her ability to take care of all of my health issues as they arise. I've seen her a few times but lately it has been over the phone, her attention to details is the same. Thanks āŗ Much time has passed since I posted the above. She is still very consistent with her attention to my care. She listens even when I babble, running problems together. I am still very confident in her ability to take care of all my health issues. Thanks again! š Again NP Malissa Weber came through the fog of specialists to listen and give me answers. I usually have 3 to 5 questions written down. I have the answers when my appointment is done with Malissa Weber, if she doesn't have the answer she will check out the info, find the answer, and call me as soon as she can so that I do indeed have all the answers. It is going the extra mile and I cannot tell you how thankful I am that I'm able to make appointments with her. I really don't want to see other doctors I just wish she could to everything so that I could know what's going on. Thank you again, the services are always great and Malissa it's the best. So glad you chose to be a nurse...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStaff is horrible, hasn't sent out my husbands perscription that was requested days ago. They scheduled me an appointment with a provider that didn't take my insurance. Got all the way there for them to tell me I wouldn't be seen after waiting in their lobby for 30 minutes because they didn't know I couldn't see only one provider there. The one provider I could see left, so even though they rescheduled my appointment he no longer works there. Now no one in their office takes my insurance. It is currently 1:36pm and they still haven't turned their phones back on from lunch so I can cancel my appointment. I have already scheduled an appointment with a new primary care provider. This place is a joke. Staff is rude, they don't care how long you wait in the waiting room before they check you in and heaven forbid you knock on the glass to see when they are going to check you in, they will refer you to the do not knock on the glass sign. This place has continued to go downhill since I first started going there. I would stay away from this place. I can tell you the staff is the problem not...
