I’ve been going here for years but since covid ive stopped. Recently I decided to go back and I text the owner pictures of the braids I get and she quotes me 135 which is fine for the braid normal price I always pay. Once I get there my price is change and hair is poorly done and overly tight. So tight I had to remove them and now have sores in my head. If I could give 0 stars I would. My appointment was at 9am and they arrived an hour late. Someone started on my hair, did 4 braids, then took a break. I was then passed on to someone else. It was so unprofessional. Braiders were talking on their phones, the tv was loud, customers were on their phones. It was so much going on. Throughout the appointment I was passed around between 3 different people. Then to ask me if I wanted to pay more money for someone else to help. Why would I do that?? I was quoted a price to begin with. My head was hurting from all of the pulling and yanking on my head! I did not leave until 7:00pm for some basic braids. Will never go back. Worst...

don’t go. I wanted 6 stich braids the lady who was to do them was pregnant and she had a client before me she got knotless her braids were perfect.
