First off, one lady had the nerve to comb through my NATURAL hair with a tiny comb!!!!!! Not a wide tooth comb as one should for black natural hair!!!!! There was so much hair in the comb!!! I work hard to limit any hair breakage when combing my hair. Then two women started tugging and pulling at my head at the SAME TIME in opposite directions while parting and braiding my hair! I complained about the tightness and pain but they continued to speak in French and debate about politics with one another. To add, the parts in my hair were supper big in the back yet super tiny in the front. And the parts were not clean so hair was intertwined in different braids. So if I were to run my fingers through my head strands of my hair would nap off, which defeats the purpose of a protective style. I actually witnessed people waiting hours for the owner to finally show up!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!!
