I try to patronize black businesses often but the customer service skills are terrible! I was the first customer today ready to spend money on some shoes I had scouted out on the website. Idk the name of the employee but she did not greet me, ask if I needed help or had any questions. It was only her and I in the store. The atmosphere seemed very dead. The organization was nice though. I then proceeded to purchase a pair of heels, she then decides to tell me they only accept cash. That really upset me. Why wouldn’t you have a sign or something to inform customers? Also everyone is not on social media platforms so signage in store would be advised. I just left because that’s such an inconvenience. No apologies were said or anything. Overall, she was very dry and seemed like she did not want to be there.
