The thing first i received @ this location was my concrete, then I patiently waited on my food, only to receive the wrong order from car delivery service in parking lot,in which they had to take the complete order they gave me back to give me the right one, this time a different person came out and handed me the right bag order this time, because of the wait time my concrete melted by the time I arrived home so I put it in the freezer to let it get frozen again, while I waited for my food to digest, because I was pretty much full i only took a few bites of my concrete only to notice what I ordered is wrong, I ended calling to see if they could do a remake/replacement and the person of the phone stated that even if the order was wrong then you guys wouldn't be able to replace it if I ate out a few small bite just to see if I was actually mistaken stating that it was culver's policy even though they again somehow made my concrete wrong to top it all off to be treated extremely poorly out of all my years of being a culver's customer part of the reason why I loved culver's through out the years was because I never experienced horrible customer service smh but I don't know if I can say the same due to the fact of this location if the workers nor manager cares less about not only how customers are treated including how they treat customers themselves, but they who the represent and I also called another location to see if what I was told was actually the policy and it was not in fact the policy of culver's,tried filling out the form online which only has a limitation of 1200 words which isn't enough with explaining the situation alone and they ask you to be detailed as much as possible because it...
Read moreStarting the new year great with a ski trip we decided to end the day to our favorite restaurant Culver’s. Supposed to be a quick dinner ended up taking 47 minutes starting the order to finally getting the food. The lady taking the order out is on hold for ten minutes before finally taking our order. The following order of events as follows: A forgotten chocolate cake cone A cherry shake was given instead of the raspberry shake we ordered. When we finally got our food a solid 15 minutes later the man at the lobby told us we had to go all the way back into the line to fix our order. Then they tell us Culver’s is out of ice cream 20 minutes before closing time. We were told we could only get a refund but then continued to give us a chocolate cone that was melting squashed into a plastic bowl along with a raspberry shake instead of the refund we thought we were getting . They took our debit card and held onto it for an extended amount the proceeded to forget to give it back. I would not be surprised if the 4 cars sitting in line right now are not running into the same issue. I honestly don’t know how this Culver’s is still in operation. The workers were very nice and smiling but were quite unprofessional. Don’t go to...
Read moreFood was great! We were excited to try something new as we were in a new territory and did not have this where we are from. Service was slow (there appeared to be only 1 car in front of us and maybe a couple cars in the parking lot) and confusing as it was the first time there via drive thru. We paid for the order, were given our drinks and then they gave us a tenant with a number on it and closed the drive thru window. After a brief minute or so, we saw a line of cars behind us and proceeded to drive around the building. We parked in the parking lot facing the closest door. We took notice a couple cars that were behind us were parked along the curb. A few minutes later, no one had come out to look around for us yet at this point, but the food order was brought out first to both cars that came behind us and they left. Just as we were getting impatient and was going to go in and question what was going on, someone came out and gave us our order. It was only 2 combo meals and 1 cheese curd (which we did order 2. We only got the receipt with the food and checked and saw they only charged for one) we were not going back in to complain seeing how...
