Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Milwaukee

Had phone lee than a year and charge port went out. Brought phone in to get fixed and was told I had to get my phone master reset if I was going to see if phone was covered by manufacture warranty.. Was not sure about how much data would be lost so I asked how to back up data and was not given much assistance. Took my phone home and backed up pics and such myself. The brought phone back to store next day for master rest and was told I did not need master reset and I could just get a warranty claim in. Called 4 days later and was told phone had never been ordered and would take a few more days. Asked if I could use a old phone I had there since over a week was a long time without a phone and was told I would be charged a fee of 2 dollars to port phone to my extra phone and then another 21 dollars once replacement phone came in. I asked if fee could be waived since staff member just never ordered my phone and was told fee could not be waived and I should be ok since phones usually take 3-5 business days. Actually, I loved the Customer service Rep. His name is AB a very knowledgeable Rep and very courteous. His mannerisms was the best part of the experience. I went in there expecting to walk out with a new FREE PHONE, and a cheaper plan, based on the merger formed between Metro and T+Mobile per their advertisements. Much to my surprise I walked out disappointed. I suppose being a NEW customer is more important than those of us who have been consistently supporting this company for years because all their advertised on TV are for new customers. I was told my internet tower would work in Port Washington WI it does Network have been trying to get ahold of Metro in Brown deer no one answers the phone if there's a problem and Sam at the store charge me $55 for internet when it was just on the TV it's $20 a month so very poor service and Sam that works at the store is very much a scammer and a liar.
