Associate gave me the wrong price on my upgrade. The price difference that he tried to charge me was almost a $200 difference. I was not interested in paying that price for an iphone 8plus. I left the store. When I got home, I realized that the associate had activated the phone. I called and the owner told me I could come pick up the phone for a set price of $250. The guy who owns the boost Mobile app about 68th and Brown Deer in the little plaza is a real cool guy I pay the bill in there for one of my tenants and he's consistent if I go to any other boost Mobile they tried to charge me more than the monthly bill and when I question them they give me all of these excuses or they'll lower the bill to where it should be any problems with the phone he handles it...

Terrible!!! Usage us us used up to quickly which makes your internet absolutely slow down, can't get coverage in many areas as well haven't had no internet for 4 days now even after I paid my bill. Oh also if you don't pay exactly when your supposed to they give you no lead way and immediately will turn your service off. Sorry Boost but I have to...
