my favorite shop. has the best prices for the most part. laidback staff, very helpful and answers all my questions.

last time i came i wanted to do an exchange, and the woman was kind of condescending. i used the product, brought it back because i didn’t like it. i cleaned it before. she said used products couldn’t be exchanged, i totally understand but she just kept going. saying other people try to scam the shop and nobody would buy the product now and i should’ve never thought i can return it like this. then tried to convince me it was good..it wasn’t clear that it couldn’t be returned used when i bought it; i was told only that it has to have all the packaging it came with and my original receipt.

I went to Village Mall because it was the grand opening of their new social Center downstairs. They have karaoke every other Saturday night, a great assortment of liquor and beer, they have pool tables, games, 3 big flat screen TVs, and a really awesome bartender named Dannielle, but most people call her Danni. She's pretty and funny, has a great sense of humor, she has a great personality. And serves a very good drink. Prices are what you'd expect. Not too cheap but not real expensive either. I definitely recommend going there on a karaoke Saturday. You're sure to have a good time, a great drink, some food if you're hungry and a nice conversation with a caring bartender. I feel blessed that this place is literally around the corner from my house. All of the staff are excellent, especially Justice and the owner Jack. Plus, they have a great variety Juul pod flavors and Juul compatible flavors.

However, that's not the most impressive part. To demonstrate the level of customer service you get here, there was a Juul pod flavor they didn't have. A couple days ago, I asked Justice about it, and she passed on the request to Jack. Today, I went in to snag my usual flavor, Menthol Classic, and I came to find out that Jack has it on order and will be getting in my requested flavor on Tuesday. If that isn't the best customer service, what is?
