The Used Furniture Store — Local services in Minden Township

Very disappointed in a recent purchase. I guess my expectations were higher than they should have been. I was expecting a place that sells used furniture, to sell things that are slightly used and without extensive damage. Selling a dresser for $125 that has extensive water damage and screw holes all over (In visible places they should not be) is not what I was expecting. The screw holes were covered with stickers to conceal the horrible repair job. There was also horrible water damage that was not visible when it was sitting up against other furniture in the store. I didnt think I would have to carefully inspect something sold in this store. I would have had to pull the dresser out of its spot to see the damage. I foolishly trusted that they would take pride in quality, which is why I purchased from here in the first place. I will go back to buying off market place...

We love the Used Furniture Store! A lot of our furniture in our apartment came from here, with us buying a sectional couch most recently. As the staff was helping load it into my vehicle, they noticed a piece of wood was loose on the couch. They took it in, and repaired it free of charge! Since it’s a used store, they could have easily said the couch comes as is. Instead, they went above and beyond to make our buying experience that much better. I LOVE this place!! You never know what you'll find, but the treasure hunt is half the fun! I've bought from them many times now and will keep going back! You'll never find people more helpful and easy to work with.. but I'm warning you, if you love something you better buy it or make plans with them, because it won't be there when you go back!
