Tucked on the side of a small strip mall facing Hwy 23, what looks to be a small business from the outside actually is jam backed with tons of stuff from floor to ceiling. What exactly do they have? For starters, consoles, controllers and games for: Nintendo Gameboy/Gameboy Advance/Gameboy Color, Nintendo Switch, NES, Wii/Wii U, Atari, Sega Genesis, Playstations, and Xboxes. They also have DVD players, DVD/VHS combo, record players, speakers (small and large), monitors/TVs, and DVD/BluRay movies. You can also find amiibos, action figures, anime, plushies, old and new board games, and POP! figures. There's probably way more that I am missing in this list, but maybe this is enough to get you interested to see what more they have that you could use for your collection. What about pricing? I'd say it's decently priced. The video games I bought were $12.99. The switch amiibos I bought were ranged from $7.99 to $12.99. Obviously the more rare items will be priced more. The 2 guys who were working were kind. My transactions were calculated correctly and I felt it was an honest transaction. No complaints. *Note: I didn't bring any electronics in to sell so I don't know how the business handles that, but we were told there's a computer guy who would come in on Wednesday that handles the purchases of electronics such as PCs and computers.

I rarely ever leave this place empty handed. Any where from buying stuffed aninals, pop, magic packs or singles, pokemon packs or singles. Having them fix my Xbox one. Staff is great and knowledgeable. It's a welcoming environment and you never know what treasures you will find!

If you do anything, read my entire review. Do NOT bring your phone here to get repaired. I chose LGS because of the cheapest prices in town. I brought my iPhone 11 to get the front and the back screens replaced. When I got my phone back, I could immediately tell that the job was sloppy. There was residual glue on my phone that I had to clean off myself, the camera lens piece that went around my camera was smashed down into the bottom of my lens. I asked them to correct it. I brought it in on another day to get that fixed. They lifted the piece but 5 minutes after getting my phone back I noticed that my microphone didn’t work properly anymore. My speaker phone was non functional, Siri and voice recordings were non functional and I cut in and out every time I called someone. I called and voiced my concerns. I brought my phone in AGAIN to have them repair it. They kept my phone overnight because they had to order parts. They attempted to fix it but couldn’t. After arguing with multiple people and not accepting a used and different phone, they said they ordered me a new phone of the same one that I had. On my way home, my phone was now rebooting every 5 minutes. My phone was unusable. I went back for about the 20th time and asked for a loaner phone. I was told I needed to bring the phone to T-Mobile to get it activated. I did so. They could not activate the phone, they said someone was already active under that phone and they couldn’t activate it on my SIM card. I tried my best to remain calm through this entire ordeal. The business does sloppy repairs and does not stand by the work that they do. Also, they do not use genuine parts, so if you ever want to trade in your phone, it will be rejected. Batteries Plus has comparable prices and I was told by Tmoblile that they use genuine parts. Avoid this place. I fought for a compensation for a phone. At least they comped me, but it was the biggest headache and inconvenience I have ever experienced. And I am still out a couple hundred bucks. Unprofessional manager telling me it wasn’t his fault when it 100% was. I was even told by multiple staff AT THIS LOCATION - that replacing the backs of iPhones screw with the hardware and the manager still denied that. They know the risks of the repair and still choose to do them and risk ripping-off their customers.

Edit: I would like to note that my phone was NOT badly damaged. The front had two larger cracks that did not shatter the screen and it was still fully functional for months to where I was not even concerned about getting it fixed. The back had a small shatter in the corner. More damaged than the front. My phone is 1 year old with no software issues. The reason I got it fixed was so I could trade it in in the future but that would be impossible since they don’t use genuine parts anyway. They did make attempts to fix what they broke but they don’t admit to their wrongdoing. They blamed me. THEY broke my phone. Not me. I spent 200 miles on my car to drive there 2-3 times a day for 6 days and I live in the area…just for them to give me a junk loaner phone. I did NOT trust in a quality replacement phone from this business so I demanded cash. I would not consider them bending over backwards for me. They made my life...

EDIT 2018: I have been to this store since my original comment and they definitely have stepped it up. I just want to say the reason I left this review before was because I loved the store so much and wanted to see it grow. Last time I was in I got a stack of classic Shonen Jump magazines....I love your store guys. Since I was there last it was like night and day.

2015: This store has great potential...but they should really step things up. Nearly every time I'm in there something strange is going on, be it walking through clouds of e-cig smoke, and never being asked if I need help with anything, also I'm often standing at the counter waiting to be helped for 10 minutes or more. The store has a great selection of stuff but they are in dire need of a clean up, the store is not organized well..it feels very messy and dirty/gross to be in. Also, they over charge for quite a few games...especially NES. They also don't offer the best trade in price's. As far as retro game stores go in this area LGS is the best...but that only comes from lack of competition. They need to redesign there store. Also, they should stop fixing cell phones/selling them. I was in there with my son the other week and it seemed like a crackhead was just hanging out in the store. He reeked of marijuana and I think the store is attracting the wrong kind of crowd. I would like to come here with my kids more often but there are often strange frightening people inside. Otherwise, great merchandise...decent prices! I like the store still, I just think it needs an over haul so it can...

Do not ever go here. I brought my kindle in to be fixed and was told it would be 70 dollars to fix a part on it with a brand new piece. They said it would be 5 to 7 day for the new part to.come in which was fine with me. About 4 days later they called and said it was actually another part that was bad and it would be 40 more dollars more. I agreed to the price increase. I then went to pick it up and was told they actually put a refurbished piece in because a new motherboard would be 200 dollars. I didnt think much of it until I found the motherboard brand new from the manufacturer themselves, Amazon, for $39.99. So I called other shops and got price quotes. ALL other shops said they could put In a new motherboard for 70 to 80 dollars total and I asked for a price breakdown. They all said 40 dollars for the motherboard and anywhere from 30 to 40 dollars for labor. So I'm wondering how on earth I paid 110 dollars for a refurbished motherboard to be put in when a new one, not a refurbished one, could be put in anywhere else for only 70 dollars. Refurbished ones sell for roughly 20 dollars. That means I payed 90 dollars for them to put in a 20 dollar part. I would never have agreed to this if they hadn't outright lied to me about the price of a new motherboard. I'm just really sad and dissapointed I chose LGN electronics to fix my tablet. Anyway choose anywhere but LGN electronics if you don't want to be lied to and scammed. My tablet is a Kindle Fire HDX...
