I recently visited Taco Bell in St. Cloud, MN for a late-night drive through order. Overall, my experience was average, with some pros and cons to consider.
Firstly, I was disappointed to learn that nacho fries were no longer available on the menu. As a fan of their nacho fries, this was a letdown for me. However, I must say that the drive-through attendant was friendly and provided good service. They were efficient and took my order accurately.
The wait time for the food was reasonable and met my expectations. It wasn't particularly fast, but it wasn't excessively long either. I appreciate that the food was inexpensive, which is always a plus.
In terms of the food itself, it was average. It satisfied my hunger, but it didn't wow me either. The taste was decent, considering the price point, but there was nothing remarkable about it. If you're looking for a quick and cheap meal, Taco Bell delivers on that front.
One major downside to this Taco Bell location is the difficulty in accessing it due to extensive road construction at the intersection. In 2023, navigating to the restaurant becomes a bit of a challenge. The ongoing construction makes the usual route inconvenient and time-consuming. I hope this issue gets resolved soon because it can be frustrating for customers.
Despite the difficulties in getting to the restaurant, I would consider eating here again if I'm in the area and craving a quick, affordable meal. Hopefully, by that time, the road construction will be completed, making it easier for customers to access the restaurant.
Overall, my experience at Taco Bell in St. Cloud, MN was average. While the food was nothing exceptional, it did the job, and the drive-through attendant was friendly. Just be prepared for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing road construction when trying to reach...
Read moreBefore I didn't mind this place but this experience was kind of ridiculous. While there was one employee willing to correct our order that was initially wrong the other employee there was kind of rude. Also I don't recommend buying multiple items on the kiosk, as it didn't send me a Receipt which would have been helpful In this situation since our order was wrong and We were told that it was our fault because we ordered at the kiosk (Also, the order was double checked before the card was ever swiped). While the meal did somewhat get fixed And I am very appreciative of that employee that was willing to talk with us. And fix it, When I got home I cut into one of the burritos from one of the meals that should have had chicken from their new menu, it didnt, and there was another with some kind of black bugger looking thing on it so that killed our appetite all together. I get being busy and understaffed but that was part of the reason we ordered at the Kiosk we knew we would hold up the line more as there was someone I was with that could be undisisive. To be frank I recommend fixing the attitude problem there and the kiosk, As well as quality. Checking the food before you send it out That should be a big priority. Honestly sucks because I liked the Convenience and overall food quality of taco bell when it was late and I was getting off my shift but I won't be back and can't say I recommend this...
Read moreI placed an online order on 1/24 and went to this location to pick it up. After waiting in the drive-thru for an hour, we called the store and asked for an update on the slow drive-thru. The employee told us that it was because they only had one person working. We have been in the drive-thru for an hour and a half at this point. Thankfully everyone else behind us in line had left, so we also decided to leave the drive-thru. I thought maybe going inside the lobby was the best option, however once I got in there I realized the lobby was FULL of other upset customers who also had been waiting who knows how long for their food. Mind you, there were plenty of employees in the kitchen, unlike what we were told on the phone. They did not seem to be in any rush to help out their customers. No employees came up to the counter, so we left Taco Bell without our order. I called once again, and asked how I would go about receiving a refund for my online order, and I could hardly hear the employee over the loud music blaring in the background but was told I have to contact support through the app. I submitted my "Need Help?" request through the app minutes after leaving and I still have not heard back. Do yourself a favor and avoid...
