WONDERFUL CARE

I had an outstanding appointment with Mineral Wells Family Health. The nurse practitioner, Trella Waight is so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns in an approachable manner and made me feel comfortable. She also explained what, where, and why I needed to get done, i.e., labs…etc. the office staff was also polite, helpful, and accommodating. The medical assistant that took my medical history was also very polite and professional.

I had a wonderful stay at the hospital. My nurses and doctors were all so good to me. Dr. Jimenez, who is affiliated with the hospital, is my husband's and my primary care doctor. We could not ask for a better primary care doctor. He's young and aggressive. I think he's been out of medical university for about 4 years, but he is very good with his older patients like us. The nurses and Dr listened to everything I had to say about my child and even made me feel comfortable decisions I was making. I felt heard about my child’s needs with medications. Would 100% recommend the drs office to anyone! I found them due to word of mouth and so glad this office is who I picked for medical appointments.
