This is one of the best startup companies in the city! I had a small business for about 12 years on Diamond Lk Rd. Startups are difficult. Things can get disorganized quickly which can lead to a breakdown of a specific area of the business.

And once that $$$ starts rolling in, that’s when they might abandon their customer service all together but I don’t see anything like that with this company.

It’s difficult to say on the long-term with MN sloppy cannabis legislation , but I haven’t seen many businesses put themselves in a position like this in such a short amount of time. Ordered delivery from here, but I didn’t realize my phone was acting up so the shop couldn’t get a hold of me when they tried to deliver the gummies. I was going to pick it up, but store was already closed by the time i realized my phone(Sunday before Labor Day).. But my man Dawit at the store(I assume he is the owner, really really nice guy!) he got one of his employee to go to the shop at 9:30PM and called Uber package delivery for me. I was excited when I noticed this cute little store but was disappointed when I actually came in. The selection was pretty good but the two guys working the counter were incredibly rude. They seemed annoyed we were even in there, and when we told them our budget was tight they got this really off putting attitude. There’s a CBD and Wellness store down the street whose selection is just as good, the staff are friendly and just as knowledgeable, and the store overall is much more open and inviting.
