I recently had the pleasure of visiting Falling Knife Brewery in Minneapolis, and as someone from San Francisco, I can't help but be thoroughly impressed. First and foremost, the staff at Falling Knife Brewery deserves a standing ovation for their unparalleled attention and generosity. They made my experience truly exceptional. One delightful surprise during my visit was learning about "pull tabs." Living in California, I had never encountered this unique form of entertainment. The staff explained the game to me, and I decided to give it a try. Little did I know that this would turn into a highlight of my trip to Minnesota. As I played the pull tabs, I could sense the excitement building in the room. The locals were so welcoming and encouraging. To my amazement, I struck it big and won a substantial prize! The cheers and camaraderie from fellow patrons made it all the more thrilling. It was truly the icing on the cake for my trip out to Minnesota. In summary, Falling Knife Brewery not only offers exceptional craft beer but also an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness that makes you feel right at home, even if you're from the other side of the country. And, of course, the pull tabs experience is something I'll always remember. If you're in Minneapolis, this brewery is a must-visit, whether you're a local or just passing through.

Great beer selection. I’ve attended some fun trivia nights and Timberwolves watch parties too. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beer around NE Minneapolis.

We came here opening weekend a while back and it was packed! So glad to see they’re still alive and thriving. The logo is a little dark but the vibe is really comfortable. A clean interior with the attention on heavy metal-themed beers, there’s something for everyone at Falling Knife. Falling Knife is one of THE breweries to check out if you’re an IPA fan. Of the 11 on tap, 5 are various IPA’s. We both love stouts so we got the Ghost Step Bali Natural Coffee Stout and it was AMAZING. When it comes to COVID safety measures, they’re taking it very seriously. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and actually take your temperature before you sit down. All tables are equipped with hand sanitizer and a paperless menu you can access on your phone. The dog-friendly patio has good space with cool nighttime lighting and they usually have a good truck around for all your snacking needs. All they ask to help keep others safe is that you put on your mask when your server comes around and that you limit walking around - totally fair requests. They have some great merch too if you want to bring the Falling Knife love home with you, which I suggest you do.

Wham Bam thank you Falling Knife! If you want a brewery that everyone knows your name, this is the place to be. A ton of regulars who aren’t degenerates. There are so many small events going on weekly like Trivia Mafia, Magic, T-wolves pod cast, pinball tourneys and and and… big events are so cool with live bands and random food trucks to your liking. WRECTANLGE PIZZA truck is a permanent year round truck that serves up Dee best pizza in the twin cities!

The staff is enjoyably attentive, charismatic and friendly to the pour (don’t tell the manager😜)

I love this low ceiling, small concept atmosphere because of the patrons who visit. The service with a smile…

The Beer! Tom… the master of the universe and master brewer has a fantastic variety and outstanding standard to every beer he crafts! “Verbal Tip” is my favorite hazy beer, like ever! Hops, lagers, dank, fruity, warm comfort styles of beers make up the list along with THC drinks, slushes and some kind of bitters thing on a belt 🤔

Come here and have fun! Let loose! Be free and don’t drive drunk!

I’ll...
