I've never been, BUT, I did get a business card from a person passing out business cards to this salon. I've left 3 messages over the course of 3 weeks and, have not gotten a call back, a text message, a thank note, an eff you...nothing but crickets!! If they start off like this, I can only imagine what it's like actually being a client here...I will not attempt it again. I did try some years ago and, the same thing...poor customer...

Cancelled my appointment without telling me. While she said that it was due to a death in the family, there was no contact to reschedule when I created the appointment 3 weeks ago. So its 11:50 on a Tuesday and I stopped by. The open sign wasn't on so I called and the man answering the phone said that they are open for appointment only and can't take walk ins. I wish they would have put that on their website that says, usually not to busy on Tuesday. I have no clue how their service is since they are appointment only. Call first or its a waste...
