I've never been, BUT, I did get a business card from a person passing out business cards to this salon. I've left 3 messages over the course of 3 weeks and, have not gotten a call back, a text message, a thank note, an eff you...nothing but crickets!! If they start off like this, I can only imagine what it's like actually being a client here...I will not attempt it again. I did try some years ago and, the same thing...poor customer...
