Besides the fact that this is one of the smartest grocery stores in the area, this is one of the best in the area as well. Sure, your go-to's will change if you start frequenting this neighborhood grocery store; they will change or adapt for all the right reasons. You will find yourself comparing all other stores to your new found favorite store when you go out of town. Read moreUpdate 12/20/2021: I have been going there recently with my Mom, and have noticed it is much cleaner, the milk is not expired and there is plenty of food that has not passed expiration or best by dates. There is still food past the date on the label, some of which is frozen and some of which is canned goods. But, I am glad to see that the dates are easier to find making it easier for my Mom to shop. They have plenty of fresh produce and a good meat department. A lot of food with old dates. Almond Milk even said Feb 2017...um it's Nov 2017 right now. I once bought food that’s been expire over a year, then later found that other friends share the same experience. So today I went in just to browse their food. Most of the hotdog, suasage, Bratwurst, can food, chips and dips, even the Hershey bar by the register are all expired. IMHO I think expired food is ok if they’re past a day or two the expiration date, but most these product are over a month, and in the case of their Oscar Meyer wiener, it’s been expired almost a year.
