This is one of the best parks in the cities. It is big - 2x3 city blocks. The kids' pool has fountains, which is nice. They recently built a new playground. The huge fancy football and soccer field has many games going on. The community center has basketball courts. There are plenty of grills, picnic tables, and benches scattered throughout. There's a prince purple tear drop sculpture and another sculpture that you can peer through with animal heads on top. Last but not least, the hill is amazing. It is really peaceful on top and offers great views of downtown. You can reach a high rate of speed sledding down it. My family enjoys relaxing in hammocks on top of the hill at Farview Park.

My tribe loves to play at the splash pad! The playground equipment is WAY outdated and rundown. Park has a beautiful view overlooking Downtown #mpls

Lived near this park as a kid for a couple years, late 60's. It looks very much the same. Great sledding hill and view of downtown Mpls.

My son has played a few Minneapolis Rec league baseball games at this park. I spent most of my time at the ball field. The field is turf. The dugouts are very nice and shaded for the players. It would be great to see bleachers behind home plate for the fans. This is a nice modern field that Minneapolis Parks has invested...

The park in general is big and spacious. It’s located over North Mpls. When I went there was a weird guy walking around with a dog chain on his neck with no shoes. Now don’t get me wrong I’m not judging it was a weird thing to see at the park but he was walking around cleaning up the trash and...
