I GIVE IT 5 STARS BECAUSE THE STAFF IS A+ EXECPT MICHELLE WHO CUTS NAILS AND WORKED ON SAT JULY 6TH 2024 VERY RUDE ACTING VERY CONDESCENDING AND A KNOW IT ALL WHO IS VERY FAR FROM KNOWING THAN MOST DOSE NOT LISTEN AND DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS HYGIENE IS NOT NOT ON POINT IF 1 DOG THAT DAY HAD A NAIL FUNGAL ISSUE OR A COMMUNICABLE ISSUE EVERYONE WOULD HAVE IT SHE USES THE SAME DREMMEL BIT FOR ALL AND ITS VERY WORN SO EXTRA PRESSURE IS USED TO GET JOB DONE AND CAUSES DISCOMFORT FOR MY DOGS AND GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW MANY DOGS NAILS ARE STUCK ON THAT BIT MY GUESS IS ITS BEEN ON IT FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS GROSS DONT USE MICHELLE (MY FIRST AND LAST WITH HER) BUT REST IS GREAT SELF SERVICE DOG WASH IS TOP KNOTCH AND THEY PROVIDE EVERYTHING BUT A BRUSH NO CLEAN UP AND SHAMPOO SMELLS GREAT FOR DAYS BEST PART ONLY 15 BUCKS FOR 30 MIN AND A PRIVATE ROOM IN BACK SO NO ONE TO DISTURB STAFF EVEN STOPED BY TO SEE IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST AND NOT COMMON THESE DAYS if you have to wait for a wash only a few doors down is a brewery where they have a fine selection of adult beverages and your canine friend is welcome...

I visited Pet Stuff for the first time last weekend in search for dog food. Instead of going to a chain store, my mother, who was visiting from out of state, and I decided on Pet Stuff because it seemed like a fun local store. After looking around for awhile and passing by the young man (who was hunched over with his face in his phone) several times, my mother and I realized he did in fact work there despite the fact that we were the only customers in the store and we were clearly having trouble finding what we were looking for and he hadn't looked up once. Finally, my mother politely asked him for help, asking if they carried any Iams brand puppy food. He laughed.. in her face... and told her to "try a grocery store for that stuff." Yes, it's our fault for not realizing that this store didn't carry your typical middle-of-the-road brands, but this employee made us feel embarrassed for even asking. I won't...

Love this place! Love the owners! The people that work there are extremely knowledgable. And they truly want to help out with any food issues your pet may have. I have two Australian shepherds that do not have food issues other than they are just picky eaters. It sounds stupid but as my one has gotten older he has changed and Tom has helped me over the years make sure they like their food and are doing well to maintain a healthy weight. They have taken back a costly bag of food after I had opened and fed it for a few days to make sure we get them eating well. They offer a "self service dog wash" for $15 per dog or $25 for two (awesome) and a large room with mats that I rent by the 1/2 hour or hour to practice Obedience or just throw toys and play on artic MN days!
