I wish I can leave -0 rating. I have no idea where she gets all positive reviews from. Tatyana's Jewelry business is total scam. I want to share my story so people will think twice before giving her their precious jewelry. Tatyana, the owner and suppose to be a jeweler, is from Ukraine. I always wanted to support small communities and small business, that is why I came to her Greenbriar store. I wanted to increase the size of my engagement ring, wedding ring, and convert my one earring to the pendant. Let me tell you, the price on the job was much higher than other reputable places. But I was keeping one thought in mind that I need to support the community. I gave her all my precious jewelry, paid cash and got a small piece of written paper . She was very pleasant at that time. I asked, when to expect that job to be done , and she replied 2 weeks and I will get a phone call. I was happy. A month went by and I did not received any phone calls from her. I went to the store at the open hours, but the doors were closed. I called her, but she did not responded. I got worried and started to read reviews. I found one negative with similar situation. To make it short, it took me 4 months, lots of my phone calls and her promises to get my jewelry back. Finally, she was ready for me to pick up my jewelry. I was horrified, and ready to cry. All jewelry were just butchered. Both rings became so thin to the point that you can easily bend them , when I paid a lot of money to add additional gold to increase the size. I had a small sapphire inside of my platinum wedding ring. Guess what, she lost it. Her response was " this stone is small and has no value, why are you worry that much? I will give you another one". Excuse me, this stone does have a meaning and value to me. She was very rude. The worst came last. I wish I can post a picture of the pendant that she made from my earring. The bevel was literally on the side instead of the center, making my pendant crooked. When I asked her what is this, why it is like that? She replied, " O, I can fix it" I did not want her to touch anything anymore, not the stone , not the pendant. I also asked her to give me the gold from the back of the earring and she said :" it is a scrap and we do not give the scrap gold back" . All my precious jewelry were ruined, I spent the entire 4 months of calling and begging her to finish the job. Please read and make your judgement. I believe this business needs to be reported...

Hello potential customers of Tatyana's Jewelry. I was looking for a place that could fix my vintage Gold-Filled 1930 glasses frames after the nose piece broke off. I hunted around and found Tatyana's Jewelry. Tatyana answers her phone and is the owner. She is s delightful person and did a stellar job fixing my glasses; fixed the next day and could have probably got them done same-day for me if my schedule was different than it was. You will not be disappointed.
