Went in this morning and asked the guy behind the counter if they did headlight replacement service, he said they don’t offer that service unless it’s an easy job and the customer has to be a woman. He said he would look at it, and we walked outside and I popped the hood. The guy guy said all you have to do is blah blah blah blah, and he turned n walked back inside the store without saying another word to me. The guy was really rude and his customer service skills were absent to say the least. I’ve probably spent more than $350 in that store since it opened, but this was the last time I’ll ever go in there; and I’m going to tell everyone I know about the terrible experience I had and we will see how many more customers this guy ran off with his bad service.
