Went in this morning and asked the guy behind the counter if they did headlight replacement service, he said they don’t offer that service unless it’s an easy job and the customer has to be a woman. He said he would look at it, and we walked outside and I popped the hood. The guy guy said all you have to do is blah blah blah blah, and he turned n walked back inside the store without saying another word to me. The guy was really rude and his customer service skills were absent to say the least. I’ve probably spent more than $350 in that store since it opened, but this was the last time I’ll ever go in there; and I’m going to tell everyone I know about the terrible experience I had and we will see how many more customers this guy ran off with his bad service. Had a battery go bad and I had it checked multiple times before vehicle went down and they said had to be alternator vehicle down 6 months because of heater core, went to charge battery wouldn't take a charge and I charged it about every month for 5 months prior to this and last month would not charge take it back to them and it's no good and warranty is up,who ever heard of a battery over $200 dollars only having a one year warranty,I went bought one from Walmart and gsh no problem with alternator , never again but...
