Jocelyn is the best yoga instructor! My husband and I had a private session at her shop since it was our first time trying yoga. Jocelyn had everything setup including props by the time we arrived. She listened to our lifestyle and took that into consideration with the poses she felt would be most beneficial for us. She was very patient in listening to our questions and ensured we were comfortable. After a stressful day at work, it was just what we needed. This is one of my favorite shops in the Vail area. Jocelyn and her staff are always welcoming, friendly, and you just feel welcome in the space right away. Plus, she often brings her 4 legged companions, so you get some doggo love as soon as you walk in. You feel like a friend immediately. I have taken one of her classes (learning how to make fire cider), and look forward to joining for rituals in the future.
