I only picked 1-star because there is nothing lower. Worst company by far I ever dealt with. First off, the young lady who answered the phone every time I called is very nice (her name is Lorine), I have nothing negative to say about her. This review is about the company. I purchased an Idealbase adjustable bed with them in August 2020. Literally, 6 months later the remote stopped working and when I checked, the support bar that is supposed to bring up and down the head part of based is bent, jammed, and unable to move. I purchased an insurance policy when I bought it, so I contacted the store and they directed me to OJ Commerce since the purchase was done less less than a year ago, it was still under warranty I was told. I contacted OJ Commerce and without any issue they sent me a return label and they agreed to give a full refund. I proceeded to return the defective item. Two weeks later when I didn't hear anything from OJ I reached out to customer service and Lorine told me that a manager will reach out to me by phone soon. Another week went by and I didn't get any phone calls, so I called back and spoke to Lorine again explained to her that I didn't receive a phone call. She put me on hold for a while and transferred me to this guy, who claimed to be the manager, Orlando (he refused to provide his last name). He then told me I am not getting a refund, because the warranty is only for 90 days. Since it has been longer than 90 days they should have not excepted a return in the first place, so no refund, but they will send me a new adjustable base. We argued hopelessly over the phone until he rudely hung up on me. Then he few minutes later, he sent me an email with a tracking number that they will send a new adjustable base to me. I immediately replied and informed them that I had moved since the purchase and the address on file is incorrect. I got another email stipulating per policy they have to send it to the address on file. Fast forward, an old neighbor reached out to me and told me indeed the adjustable base was in fact delivered at that old address. I traveled down to my old address and picked it up, got home opened the box only to find that the wrong base was sent back to me. I had purchased the adjustable base with a remote and massage and they sent me the cheapest base they got, $250 cheaper than the one I paid for. I am tired with this company. Worst experience buying anything I ever had. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN!...

I ordered a black couch. Shipping was timely, I’ll give them that. But, only 1/2 came in and in the WRONG color. It’s labeled on the box, so I messaged them right away. Pictures of label, box, and they even had me open it and to confirm it is incorrect & broken even… They tried telling me I needed to return this couch to get a refund and that the couch I ordered isn’t available for a replacement??? The black couch showed as in stock & ready to order via Amazon where I initially ordered. After going back and forth several times they agreed that they will send me the correct black couch and provide a return label and that fed ex can pick it up. Lots of headache went into that because, they send automated messages and insert a line or two ThAts not automated. They don’t actually read or take in account what you are saying. I did give a call and it was a little better. Fast forward to now, they’ve sent me 4 different labels to use for my return, they cannot tell me which one to use for my ONE box… they also sent me “tracking” numbers but it says it’s coming from me to them… they continue to reply with the same information instead of acknowledging the problem and addressing the situation. All in all, I’m over it. I rather not have any couch from them and receive a refund instead. Terrible customer everything!
Edit: I received 1/2 of the correct couch. But, the box was severely damaged. The front was missing tape and popped open, the corners were busted and I could see inside, & this time it was delivered in front of the garage instead of the door. I sent in pictures and went back and forth for a bit. End result is they told me to keep both 1/2 couch pieces ( both are the same side & different colors) and they will fully refund me within 24 hrs… I am not left with 2 - 1/2 pieces of different color couches ( neither have a back) & 2 large boxes.. and told they are discontinuing selling this couch for a while. I was asked to remove my review. I told them, I’d edit and make it known I am supposed to get a refund. But, I am still unhappy with this...
Read moreAwful experience. The King size mattress that I got from OJCommerce was claimed to be 76"x80"x6", however, the item that came in is clearly a square sized mattress measuring at 76"x76"x6". So when you place it on the bed base, the mattress leaves a 4 inch gap either at the top, thus your pillows fall into the gap, or at the footboard, so your feet hang off of it... I've been trying to reach out to the seller and reason with them upon this matter, to only be told that there is nothing wrong with the item they have sent me as it is exactly what I ordered. Well... it clearly isn't. The seller also notified me that the mattress of such size is usually tightly packed by 3 people at their warehouse, so it simply need to air through and expand. It is not my first purchase of an futon, all cotton mattress, and I know there can only be a mismatch by a 1-2 inches as they are tightly put into an all cotton cover before they are packaged. So there is clearly a manufactures mistake on this one. As I'm trying to get a return claim set up, I've been told that I now have to package it myself into original packaging (that is a piece of wrapped up plastic and surely had been cut to get the item out of it) and bring it to a shipping location to be set back to them at my own cost... And their return policy states that the "process is approximately 7 to 10 business days to receive the return, inspect, re-stock, issue credit to the original form of payment..." and "if the returns department receives the item damaged or materially different than how the item(s) was originally shipped a 50% restocking fee will be applied." Excuse me? How am I to be sure that once the item is even shipped and returned to their warehouse they won't suddenly claim that is has been modified by the person who has purchased the item since it is incorrect in size!? See for yourself. There is the tagged that is attached to the mattress, and there are the images of the mattress width, height and length. Never again I'm purchasing from...
